Post a Praise

Public Praise enables employees to give positive feedback to their colleagues. It allows them to praise specific employees, business units, departments, locations, and groups, recognizing their hard work and contributions in these areas.

Employees can also praise using Marissa AI.

Navigate to Feedback > Praise Wall.

1. Click PRAISE or Create Icon at the top left and select Share Public Praise.
   
2. Search and select the employees, business units, departments, locations, or groups as required, and type your Praise remarks.
3. Add tags and praise wallpaper from the Picture Library OR My Computer if required and click POST.

Praise using Marissa

Marissa is Engagedly’s AI assistant that generates Praise using the reason for recognition. Learn more in Marissa, Engagedly’s AI Assistant.

1. Click the Overflow Menu and select Enable Marissa.
   
2. Search and select the employees, and type the reason for recognition.
3. Select the praise style, and click GENERATE. You can also edit the suggested Praise as required.
4. Add tags and Praise wallpaper from the Picture Library or My Computer if required and click POST.
