Praise employees for completing IDP

Admins can praise employees for completing IDPs by recognizing their accomplishments and encouraging them to continue learning and pursue excellence. This fosters a positive and supportive workplace culture.

You can also Praise using Marissa AI.

Navigate to Growth > My Org.

1. Select an employee on the left pane.
2. Click the Praise  Icon at the top right.

  3.   Type your remarks and add tags.

  4.   Select a picture from the Picture Library or My Computer if required, and click POST.

  5.   Follow steps 1 to 4.

  6.   Click the Overflow Menu and select Enable Marissa.

  7.   Type the reason for recognition, select the praise style, and click GENERATE.

  8.   Add tags if required.

  9.   Select a picture from the Picture Library or My Computer if required, and click POST.

The praise is posted on the social feed and visible to all employees.
