Redeem points and export redemption history
Employees can redeem their points to buy gift cards or vouchers available in Tango, Switchfly, and custom rewards. They can also view and export the redemption history.
Note: You can redeem your points through custom rewards, Tango, and Switchfly only if they are enabled for your organization.
Navigate to Rewards > Redeem.
- View redeemable points at the top and select the desired tab.

- Select the Tango tab, select a location from the Location drop-down, and click REDEEM.
- Select the Switchfly tab and click EXPLORE NOW.
- Select the Custom Rewards tab and click REDEEM.
Notes:
- For custom rewards, you cannot cancel or exchange your gifts once you redeem them. However, admins can decline your request, and you regain your points.
- Employees should select their residence location for the best booking experience and to avoid failures.
View and export redemption history
Option 1:
Navigate to Rewards > Redeem.
- Click MY ORDERS at the top right.
- Click the Overflow
Menu at the top right and select Export to download the report.
Option 2:
Navigate to Rewards > Reports.
- Select the desired tab: Points You Received, Points You Awarded, or Points Redeemed.
- Click the group: None, Rewarder - Employee, or Points Type.
- Click the Overflow
Menu at the top right and select Export to download the report.
