Redeem points and export redemption history
Employees can redeem the points they have received and buy the gift cards or vouchers available in the store and custom rewards. You can also view and export the redemption history.
Navigate to Rewards > Overview.
Note: You can redeem your points based on the admin settings.
Redeem points from the store
You can select gift cards or vouchers available in the store based on the location and redeem your points.
Navigate to Rewards > Redeem.
- Toggle the button to STORE, click the Location drop-down, and select a location.
- Select the gift cards to redeem your points based on the location.
- Click REDEEM on the gift and click REDEEM.
Note: You can view STORE based on the admin settings.
Redeem points from custom rewards
You can select gift cards or vouchers available in custom rewards and redeem your points.
Navigate to Rewards > Redeem.
- Toggle the button to CUSTOM REWARDS to view the available custom rewards.
- Click REDEEM on a custom reward and click REDEEM.
Note: Once you redeem your gifts, you cannot cancel or exchange them. However, admins can decline your request, allowing you to regain your points.
View and export redemption history
You can view and export your point redemption history.
Navigate to Rewards > Redeem.
- Click MY ORDERS at the top right.
- Click the Overflow Menu at the top right and select Export to download the report.
