Reset reward points

Admins can reset employees' reward points to zero to start a new cycle or adjust balances.

Navigate to Rewards > Reports.

  1. Click Reset Points.
  2. Search for the employee and click Reset next to their reward points.
    Or click RESET ALL POINTS to reset the points for all employees.

Note: Once you reset the points, you cannot reverse your action.

  3.   Select Reset Both Points and Badges or Reset Points Only and click RESET.

Note: If you reset only the points, they reset to zero without affecting the badges or levels employees have achieved.
