Reset reward points
Admins can reset employees' reward points to zero to start a new cycle or adjust balances.
Navigate to Rewards > Reports.
- Click Reset Points.
- Search for the employee and click Reset next to their reward points.
Or click RESET ALL POINTS to reset the points for all employees.

3. Select Reset Both Points and Badges or Reset Points Only and click RESET.
Warning: You cannot reverse this action after resetting points.
Note: Resetting points sets the employee’s points balance to zero but does not remove existing badges or levels. Employees must earn points again from zero to unlock new badges or levels.
