Add and manage course review
After completing the course, the learner can write a review. Based on the course settings provided by the author, learners can give ratings, comments, or both. They can view and manage your reviews if required.
Add review
You can write a review and provide feedback after you complete the course. Once you mark the last unit of the course as completed, the system will redirect you to the review page.
You can also provide feedback by performing the following actions:
Navigate to Learning.

In the My Learning tab, click View All on the right.
You can filter learning based on various factors, including competencies, tags, training status, compliance status, type, enrollment type, due date, and level.
2. In the Completed tab, select a course.
3. Click the Write Icon.
4. Select the rating, type the comment (optional).
Note:
- If the author enabled only ratings, you must rate the course.
- If the author enabled only comments, you must comment on the course.
- If both ratings and comments are enabled, you must rate the course but can skip commenting.
5. Enable Be Anonymous to hide your identity, which is optional, and click Save.
Note: You can review the course based on the author's settings.
View review
You can view course reviews, including those from others and yourself, and filter them as required.
4. Scroll down to view the ratings and reviews.
Manage review
You can manage your review by editing and deleting the ratings and reviews you have provided.

5. Click the Overflow Menu on your review.
6. Select Edit or Delete as required.
Note: You can manage only your reviews.
