The 360 Feedback report collects inputs from multiple sources, such as managers, direct reports, peers, and external reviewers. This report shows the ratings and comments based on the job competencies and sections of the reviewees.
The 360 Feedback reports are classified as the following:
Navigate to Admin > 360 Feedback > RECENT CYCLES.
Select the cycle that you want to view the 360 Feedback report.
Summary
The summary reports gather the feedback and provide key insights on your strengths and growth opportunities for your development.
Click EXPORT PDF to export selected employee's report.
Or
Click EXPORT ALL PDF to export all employees' reports.
The Summary includes the following information:
- Spider chart: It is a visual tool used to compare and assess multiple variables or attributes simultaneously. It is plotted based on the job competencies, sections, and relationships of the reviewees with the respondents.
- Strengths and growth opportunities: It is calculated based on the average of ratings received by others. Strengths list the highest-rated items, and growth opportunities list the lowest-rated items where you have the potential to improve.
- Hidden strengths/blindspots: Areas where you rate yourself lower than the average rating of others are your hidden strengths. Areas where you rate yourself higher than the average rating of others are your potential blindspots.
- Ratings: In this section, you can view the ratings given by the reviewers for each category.
- Comments: This section shows the comments or feedback provided by the reviewers for each category.
Note: If HR/admins enable respondent anonymity, comments will display the respondent's relationship with the reviewed employees rather than showing their names.
Feedback Areas
The Feedback Areas include feedback questions added to the sections, sub-sections, and self and manager ratings. You can also filter the columns to export the report if required.
- Click the Overflow Menu and select Manage Columns to choose the columns as required.
- Click the Overflow Menu and select Export.
Ratings
The Ratings include the employees' names, self-ratings, managers' ratings, and feedback forms for each employee. You can also filter the columns to export the report if required.
- Click the View Form Icon to view the employee feedback form.
- Click the Overflow Menu and select Manage Columns to choose the columns as required.
- Click the Overflow Menu and select Export.
Ratings and Comments
The Ratings and Comments include information such as employees' names, ratings, manager names, templates, and feedback areas.
Note: If HR/admins enable respondent anonymity while creating a cycle, you cannot view the ratings and comments section.
You can filter the columns to export the report if required.
- Click the Overflow Menu and select Manage Columns to choose the columns as required.
- Click the Overflow Menu and select Export.
You can also export the report in the old format that downloads the report in an Excel file.
Click the Overflow Menu and select Export in old format.
Summarize using Marissa
Summarizing 360 Feedback comments using Marissa provides a clear overview of an employee's feedback to managers, HR/admins, and relevant stakeholders. Marissa can analyze and extract insights from the feedback comments, which saves time compared to reading and analyzing each comment individually. The summary response can help managers and HR/admins quickly identify positive feedback and critical issues.

Visibility restrictions on the review forms and ratings
In organizations, various members of the HR team can be site admins. By default, all site admins can view the 360 Feedback review forms and ratings of all employees, including their managers and seniors. However, this setting restricts site admins from accessing the 360 Feedback review forms and ratings for their managers and seniors.
Various scenarios with examples
Scenario 1: Same level in hierarchy
Charlie Eriksen cannot view the review details of Alice Singh and Mila Richmond. They are all site admins and hold the same positions in the hierarchy.
Scenario 2: Senior level in hierarchy
Charlie Eriksen cannot view the review details of Liam Sherman and Alexis Baker, as they hold senior positions in the hierarchy.
Scenario 3: Different Departments or Business Units
Liam Sherman can view the review details of Chrysta Philips but cannot view the review details of Charlie Eriksen, as they belong to different departments or business units.
Scenario 4: Reporting manager
Chrysta Philips can view the review details of Liam Sherman, a reporting manager of Chrysta Philips. This scenario is possible only if Chrysta Philips is the site admin and has been assigned as the HR manager of Liam Sherman.
