  • Strengths and growth opportunities: It is calculated based on the average of ratings received by others. Strengths list the highest-rated items, and growth opportunities list the lowest-rated items where you have the potential to improve.
  • Hidden strengths/blindspots: Areas where you rate yourself lower than the average rating of others are your hidden strengths. Areas where you rate yourself higher than the average rating of others are your potential blindspots.
  • Ratings: In this section, you can view the ratings given by the reviewers for each category.
  • Comments: This section shows the comments or feedback provided by the reviewers for each category.

Visibility restrictions on the review forms and ratings

In organizations, various members of the HR team can be site admins. By default, all site admins can view the 360 Feedback review forms and ratings of all employees, including their managers and seniors. However, this setting restricts site admins from accessing the 360 Feedback review forms and ratings for their managers and seniors.

Various scenarios with examples

Scenario 1: Same level in hierarchy
Charlie Eriksen cannot view the review details of Alice Singh and Mila Richmond. They are all site admins and hold the same positions in the hierarchy.

Scenario 2: Senior level in hierarchy
Charlie Eriksen cannot view the review details of Liam Sherman and Alexis Baker, as they hold senior positions in the hierarchy.

Scenario 3: Different Departments or Business Units
Liam Sherman can view the review details of Chrysta Philips but cannot view the review details of Charlie Eriksen, as they belong to different departments or business units.

Scenario 4: Reporting manager
Chrysta Philips can view the review details of Liam Sherman, a reporting manager of Chrysta Philips. This scenario is possible only if Chrysta Philips is the site admin and has been assigned as the HR manager of Liam Sherman.

Note: Various scenarios apply only to the site admins.
