View feedback dashboard
Employees can view the dashboard, which provides comprehensive statistical feedback data.
Note: The dashboard is visible only if the admin enables the permission.
The dashboard displays the following data:
- Feedback you have received
- Feedback you have shared
- Feedback requests you have received
- Feedback you have requested
- Top categories of the feedback
Navigate to Feedback > Dashboard.
In the FEEDBACK RECEIVED field, hover over the graph to view the feedback wall about the respective category. You can add feedback to the meeting as a discussion point.
In the FEEDBACK SHARED field, hover over the employee profile picture, which redirects you to the feedback wall. You can edit your feedback, delete it, or add it to the meeting as a discussion point.
In the INCOMING REQUESTS field, hover over the graph to view the feedback requests you have received. You can view the responded feedback and respond to the requested feedback.
In the OUTGOING REQUESTS field, hover over the employee profile picture for additional actions. You can view the feedback others shared about you. You can also edit or delete your requests and notify others if they have not responded to your requests.
In the TOP CATEGORIES field, click a category to view the feedback based on it. You can manage the columns and export the report as required.
You can filter the duration in each field to view the data as required.
On the dashboard, you can share and request feedback and praise employees within the organization. Learn more in Share, request, and manage feedback.
