View Goals Insights Across the Organization

Navigation: Admin > Goals > Dashboard

You can view goal details across the organization at a quick glance using the Dashboard.

• Access details such as pending members without goals, status distribution, alignment distribution, business unit goals distribution, and department goals distribution.
• Nudge employees who do not have any goals added; as well as their managers.
• Also, nudge department admins without top-level goals.
• Click on any graph to get to the root of the data easily.
• Apply filters to view information pertaining to a specific goal period.
• Easily access the option to create a new goal from this page.
