View employees meeting analytics

Admins can access meeting analytics on the dashboard, which offers a comprehensive visual representation of employees' past meetings. The interactive charts enable admins to optimize productivity, control costs, enhance engagement, and make data-driven decisions. They can view meeting data for the entire organization, a specific business unit, or a department and export reports if required. Learn more in View and export employees meeting reports.

Navigate to the Candy Candy box1 Box on the left pane and select Meetings.

  1. On the left pane, click the drop-down to select My Org, Departments, or Business Units as required, and then click Overview.
  2. On the right, click the drop-down to set the period.

Note: By default, the data is calculated for the last 30 days. Change the period to recalculate the data accordingly.

  3.   Scroll down to various fields to view the meeting analytics.

The dashboard provides key components such as productivity, costs and efficiency, and engagement.

Productivity

The Productivity section tracks metrics to measure meeting effectiveness, identify inefficiencies, and improve time management, enhancing organizational collaboration.

  • The “Busiest Times of the Year” chart shows peak meeting periods over the last 365 days, helping optimize scheduling.
  • The “Networking & Collaboration” chart visualizes connections between departments or business units through meetings. The line thickness represents the number of meetings, helping you assess team connectivity and improve cross-functional collaboration.
  • The “Discussion points completed” chart displays the number of completed and pending discussion points.
  • The “Discussion points distribution” chart identifies the sources of discussion points, such as goals, IDPs, and feedback. It highlights the key drivers of employees’ meeting agendas and their alignment with organizational goals.

Meeting costs and efficiency

The Meeting Costs & Efficiency section measures the financial impact of meetings and helps optimize ROI.

  • The “Meeting Length breakdown” chart shows the distribution of meeting durations and helps reduce unnecessarily long meetings.
  • The “Departmental Cost” analysis tracks average meeting costs by department or business unit over a selected timeframe and flags recurring low-rated meetings for review.
  • The “Monthly Cost trend” chart visualizes meeting costs over the past 365 days, identifying the costliest months to refine cost-control strategies.
  • The “Participant Satisfaction” metric evaluates ROI through department-wise meeting ratings and highlights satisfaction levels to ensure meeting effectiveness.

Engagement

The Engagement section measures employee participation and involvement in meetings.

    • “Daily time spent on meetings per user” tracks the average daily time employees spend in meetings, displaying a line trend over the selected timeframe. It helps assess meeting engagement and time management.
    • The “Meeting Usage” tracks employees with at least one imported or added meeting, reflecting the adoption of the Meetings module.
    • The “Average Time Spent on Meetings” displays business unit or department-wise meeting times and helps identify high meeting loads to balance schedules.
    • The “Action Items Per Meeting” tracks notes, discussion points, and to-dos, reflecting meeting productivity and follow-up effectiveness.
