View team’s overview

Managers can access the overview, which displays a consolidated count of

• Members of a team
• Points received by all team members
• Points redeemed by team members

Navigate to Rewards > Dashboard.

At the top, you can view the counts.

You can export data on the points received, redeemed, and redeemable points.

1. Click the number in the Points Received or Points Redeemed field.
2. Click the Overflow  Menu at the top right and select Export.

You can also overview the following statistics:

• Available reward points and their validity
• Discretionary and activity badges
• Gamification rules
• Points received and redeemed by your team
• Leaderboard
• View and export reports

You can view the status of your direct reports, secondary team (if any), or entire team.

Navigate to Rewards > Overview.

Click the My Team, drop-down and select the team as required.

The POINTS RECEIVED and POINTS REDEEMED fields display the graphical representation of points received or redeemed, respectively, by your team.

You can view and export their reports.

1. Hover over the graph in any field to view the points.
2. Click the graph in any field to view its insights.
3. Click the Overflow Menu at the top right and select Export to download the report.

In the POINTS RECEIVED field, you can view the report by all points, discretionary points, and system points.

You can view statistics of the discretionary and system points as required.

1. In the POINTS RECEIVED field, click the All Points drop-down.
2. Select Discretionary Points or System Points as required.

You can view and export the reports based on the employees' rewarder or recipient status.

1. In the POINTS RECEIVED tab, click the Group By drop-down at the top right.
2. Select Rewarder-Employee or Recipient-Employee as required to view their report.
3. Click the Overflow Menu at the top right and select Export to download the report.

View leaderboard

You can view the leaderboard that ranks your team members based on the points they have received.

Navigate to Rewards > Overview and scroll down to the Leaderboard field.
