What is the difference between an open group and a closed group?
Open Group: All the employees can create and view an Open Group in the organization. To join an Open Group, the employees must send a request to the Group admin.
Closed Group: All the employees can create a Closed Group in the organization. The Closed Group is visible only to its participants.
