What is the difference between archiving and deleting a course?
Archiving a course:
- Removes the course from active listings.
- Retains all its content for future retrieval.
- Not visible to learners.
- Accessed by authors and co-authors only.
- Learners’ progress will reset upon unarchiving recurring courses. However, for other courses, learner progress will restore to its previous state at the time of archival.
Deleting a course:
- Permanently remove the course and all associated content.
- It cannot be recovered.
- Learners' reports are lost.
