What is the grading scale functionality in the Performance reviews?

The HR/admins can enable the grading scale and define it in the Performance reviews as required. If the average rating of the employee and manager is in decimals, it gives the whole number to avoid confusion in understanding the decimals.

For example: HR/admins can define the grading scale as

  • 01 to 2.0 = 2
  • 01 to 3.0 = 3
  • 01 to 4.0 = 4
  • 01 to 5.0 = 5

If the average rating of the employee and manager is 2.25, the grade will be 3.

If the average rating of the employee and manager is 3.75, the grade will be 4.
