What is the role of HR Managers?

Admins can assign any user as an HR Manager. HR Managers are not admins, and the role itself does not provide specific functionalities. Admins can assign one or both permissions: “Multirater: Manage multirater reviews for assigned employees” and “Performance: Manage performance reviews”. HR Managers can view performance and 360 feedback reviews only for employees assigned to them.
