Who are secondary managers?
A secondary manager is a designated role within the Engagedly application, assigned via the user management page. HR/admins can assign anyone in the organization as a secondary manager for any employee, granting them access to the employee's information and data.
For example, in a multi-department project, HR/admins can assign the project manager as the secondary manager for all team members. This enables the project manager to have visibility into the team's goals and other relevant data. Once the project concludes, HR/admins can revoke the secondary manager access and reassign it to the project manager of the subsequent project.
