      Can employees customize their goals visibility for different teams or individuals?

      Employees can customize the visibility of their goals based on admin settings and their preferences during goal creation. Goals are made fully visible to everyone or partially visible to specific departments or business units. By default, managers and higher-level roles can always view their direct reports' goals.

      💡Tip: Tagging people in the discussion box grants them visibility into your goals, allowing for collaborative project execution while keeping the goal private.
