Who is the secondary manager, and what are their capabilities?

The employees can collaborate with multiple teams and report to another manager, called the secondary manager, along with the reporting manager. The secondary manager has only the view action in all the modules. They can oversee the following details of their secondary teams:

• Team Pulse responses
• Performance reviews
• 360 Feedback
• Learning progress
• Track their progress on IDPs and goals.

Click Teams on the left pane and navigate to the respective module as required.

Select My Secondary Team from the My Team drop-down.

If the secondary manager is added as an additional reviewer in the performance cycle, they can only provide comments to the employees.
