Who is the secondary manager, and what are their capabilities?

A secondary manager is an additional manager assigned to an employee's profile. This role is useful when employees collaborate with multiple teams or report to another manager in addition to their reporting manager.

Secondary managers have view-only access across all modules. They can view:

• Team Pulse responses
• Performance reviews
• 360 Feedback
• Learning progress
• Progress on IDPs and goals

If you add a secondary manager as an additional reviewer in a performance review cycle, they can provide comments for the employee.
