      Why 9-box rating scale is not available in the hire date based review?

      The 9-box rating scale evaluates the employees’ performance and leadership potential. The hire date based review is conducted for 30/60/90 days. The managers cannot judge the employees for their leadership potential in the 30/60/90 days.
