      Why 9-box rating scale is not available in the hire date based review?

      The 9-box rating scale evaluates the employees’ performance and leadership potential. The hire date based review is conducted for 30, 60, or 90 days. The managers cannot judge the employees for their leadership potential in the 30, 60, or 90 days.
