Add a comment as a milestone to the employee IDP
After adding a comment on the employees’ IDP, admins can add it as a new milestone or to the existing milestone, fostering a more structured and effective development process.
Navigate to Growth > My Org.
- Click the Chat Icon on an IDP where you have commented.
- Click the Overflow Menu at the top of your comment.
Add a comment as a new milestone
You can add a comment as a new milestone.
3. Select Add as new milestone.
The added comment is saved as a description in the milestone.
Add a comment to the existing milestone
You can add a comment to the existing milestone.
4. Select Add to Existing Milestone.
5. Select a milestone to add the comment to it, and click Save at the top right.
6. Click Update.
You can also add other participant’s comments as milestones.
Follow the same procedure.
Note: Click the Overflow Menu at the top of the other participant’s comment that you want to add as a milestone.
