Export learners reports

Managers can view their team's learning analytics and export reports on the dashboard. The visuals are interactive, allowing managers to click the respective charts and export them.

You can also export reports from different fields on the dashboard.

Export reports from dashboard

On the dashboard, you can export reports for courses, learning paths, unit completions, and the recurrence histories of your team members.

Learners' courses, learning paths, and unit completion reports provide insights into individual progress, performance, and completion rates. They help you track engagement, identify areas needing support, and ensure training goals are met.

Recurrence history allows you to easily access and review historical compliance data for auditing purposes.

Navigate to Learning and click Overview on the left pane.

1. Click the drop-down on the left pane and select the team as required.
2. Click the Download Icon on the right and select the option as required.

You can export the report based on the team and group as required.

  3.   Click the My Team drop-down and select a team.

  4.   Click the Group drop-down and select a group.

  5.   Click the Columns-3 Icon to manage the columns while exporting the report if required.

  6.   Click Export at the top right.

Export reports from different fields

You can also export reports in the following fields on the dashboard:

• Learner Engagement
• Completions Report
• Overdue Aging
• Mandatory Enrollments Status
• Compliance Status
• Learning Progress

1. Click the Right Arrowor any graph in the required field, which redirects you to the learners' list.
2. Click the Columns-3  Icon to manage the columns while exporting the report if required.
3. Click Export at the top right.

Click the Bell Icon on the right to nudge learners.
