      Nudge learners

      Managers can nudge their team to complete the course and learning path.

      You can nudge inactive learners to elevate their engagement and active learners to show progress in their learning. You can also nudge from the dashboard.

      You can also assign learning to the learners, motivating them and elevating their engagement.

      For Engagedly V1, navigate to Learning from the top.

      For Engagedly V2, navigate to Apps on the left pane and select Learning.

      Nudge inactive learners

      You can nudge learners to elevate their engagement.

      1. On the left, click the drop-down and select a team as required.
      2. On the left, click Overview.
      3. At the top right, click the Period drop-down and select a period.
      4. At the top right, click the Filter Filter-Oct-17-2023-07-02-02-8990-AM Icon and set the filters as required.
      5. In the Learner Engagement field, click the RightRight arrow1-1Arrow.

          6.   Click the Bell Bell Grey-2 Icon on the right to nudge an employee.

        or

        Click Nudge Learners at the top right to nudge employees in bulk.

        Note: If you nudge learners in bulk, only inactive learners get notifications.

          7.   Edit the message if required and click Send.

        You can also nudge learners from the dashboard across various fields.

        • Learner Engagement
        • Completions Report
        • Overdue Aging
        • Mandatory Enrollments Status
        • Compliance Status
        • Learning Progress

          5.   Follow steps 1 to 4.

          6.   Click the Right Right arrow1 Arrow in the required field.

          7.   Click the Bell Bell Grey-2 Icon to nudge learners.

        Note: If you nudge learners in bulk, inactive learners and those who have not completed their learning get notifications.

        Assign learning

        You can assign a course to the learner to elevate their engagement. 

        Click the Plus Plus-4 Icon beside the bell Bell Grey-2 icon to assign learning to the learners.

        Note: You can get the Plus Icon only in the Learner Engagement field.

        After clicking the plus Plus-4 icon, recommended courses are displayed for that particular learner based on their learning history. You can also search the courses available in the library.

        While assigning, you can set the due date and mark the assignment as mandatory if required.

        Note: By default, the compliance course is a mandatory course.

        Nudge active learners

        You can nudge learners to show progress in their learning.

        Navigate to Learning > Overview.

        1. On the left, click the drop-down, select a team as required, and select the individual learner.
        2. In the Active field, select a learning.
        3. Click the Bell Bell Grey-2 Icon at the top right.

          4.   Type the message and click Confirm.

        You can view and export the learner’s reports after they complete learning.
