    1. Introduction

    Go1 is a leading online learning platform that provides access to a vast library of courses across business, technology, compliance, leadership, and personal development topics. It enables organizations to deliver flexible, self-paced learning experiences through high-quality content aggregated from multiple trusted providers.

    The integration between Go1 and Engagedly simplifies learning administration by seamlessly syncing Go1 courses into Engagedly’s Learning module. Employees can easily discover and enroll in Go1 courses within Engagedly, while administrators can assign, track, and manage learning progress efficiently from a centralized system.

    📒Note: This document covers the integration setup for both Tangerine (V2) and Indigo (V3). Screenshots are captured from Indigo (V3), so the user interface may vary slightly in Tangerine.

    2. Integration process

    Admins must contact our support team to enable Go1 integration for their organization.

    📒Note: You must provide package details, including the number of licenses and courses purchased, to our support team.

    Prerequisites
    • Active subscription to Go1 and Engagedly.
    • Go1 enabled in Engagedly for your organization.

    2.1. Enable Go1 with Engagedly

    After enabling Go1, configure the integration settings.

    📒Note: Admin configuration is required before employees can access Go1 courses in Engagedly.

    Navigate to Settings > Integrations in Engagedly.

    1. In the "Learning Providers" section, click Go1.

         2.  Use the toggle to enable the connection and click SAVE.

    Go1 is now available to all employees in your organization.

    To disconnect:

    Follow the same steps to disable the toggle.

    2.2. Add Go1 credentials

    After saving the integration settings, generate and add the Go1 credentials.

    Step 1: Generate credentials in Go1
    1. Log in to Go1.
    2. Click your profile picture at the top right and select Integrations.

           3.  Select Developer in the left navigation menu and click + Create app.

           4.  Enter the app name as required.

           5.  Enter the following Callback URL:

                https://api.engagedly.com/learning/v1/xapi/events/go1

           6.  Click Save.

      The application is successfully created, and generates a Client ID and Client Secret key.

      📒Note:  The Callback URL is generated by Engagedly to direct data from Go1 to the correct location within Engagedly. It ensures that learning activity data is securely received and processed through Engagedly’s API.

      ⚠️Warning: The Client secret key is shown only once. Copy and store it securely.

           7.  Copy the Client ID and Client Secret key.

      Step 2: Add Credentials in Engagedly
      1. Go to Engagedly.’
      2. Under “GO1 CREDENTIALS”, click ADD.
      3. Paste the Client ID and Client Secret into their respective fields.
      4. Click SAVE.

      Client credentials are successfully added, and the course sync process is initiated.

      Manage credentials
      1. Under “GO1 CREDENTIALS", click the Overflow Overflow Menu-Nov-20-2023-05-10-31-0841-AM Menu on the right.
      2. Select Edit or Delete as required.

      📒Note: If credentials are deleted, new courses do not sync, and learner progress tracking stops.

      2.3. Course sync

      After the connection is enabled, you can refresh course data to fetch the latest content from Learning Planet.

      • Click SYNC MANUALLY to retrieve the most recent courses and updates.
      • Automatic synchronization occurs daily.

      Use manual sync when:

      • New courses are added in Go1.
      • Course details are updated.
      • You want immediate content updates instead of waiting for the scheduled sync.

      3. Configure course categories

      After integration, you can categorize imported courses in Engagedly. This step is optional but recommended.

      1. Click +ADD under “SETTINGS”.
      2. Select the required categories and click SELECT.
      3. Click the Settings Settings-1 icon to create a new category if required.
      4. Use the toggle to push imported courses into the Engagedly library.
      5. Click SAVE.

      📒Note: If categories are not added, imported courses appear as "Uncategorized".

      4. Import Go1 courses

      After completing the integration, import Go1 courses into Engagedly. Learn more in Import courses from integrated learning applications.

      📒Note: Only admins and learning managers can import courses.

      After integration, learners access Go1 courses directly within Engagedly, and you can efficiently manage, categorize, and track learning progress.
