Share Feedback About Team Member's IDP

Sharing feedback about a team member's IDP involves providing suggestions related to the team member's IDP progress. 

Sharing feedback about a team member's IDP can be beneficial in several ways:

• It can help the team member stay on track with their development plans by providing guidance and support.
• It can help the team member identify areas where they need to improve and take corrective actions.
• It can help the team member feel supported and valued, which can lead to increased engagement and motivation.

To share feedback about a team member's IDP:

Step 1: Navigate to Growth > My Team. 

Step 2: By default, you can share feedback about your direct report's IDP,  you can also share feedback about your secondary and entire team member's IDP. Click the Filter Icon and select My Secondary Team or My Entire Team to share feedback about your secondary or entire team member's IDP.
Step 3: Select the team member under "My Team" and click the Share Feedback Icon.
Step 4: You can Share Feedback manually or using Marissa AI.
