Share feedback on team members' IDP

Managers can share feedback on their team members' IDPs to provide them with support, guidance, and encouragement.

Navigate to Growth on the left pane and click My Team.

1. Click the Filter  Icon on the left pane and select the team as required.
2. Select an employee on the left pane and click the FeedbackIcon on the right.
