      Share feedback on team members IDP

      Managers can share feedback on their team members' IDPs to provide them with support, guidance, and encouragement.

      Navigate to Growth on the left pane and click My Team.

      1. Click the Filter Sort Icon Icon on the left pane and select the team as required.
      2. Select an employee on the left pane.
      3. Click the Feedbackfeedback-1Icon on the right.
