Submit feedback on the meeting

Meeting feedback helps gather diverse perspectives, improve communication, and strengthen collaboration. Feedback can highlight what worked well, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to more productive and engaging meetings. This promotes a culture of continuous improvement and ensures future meetings better align with their goals.

The organizer and participants can submit, edit, or delete their feedback. They can also share feedback directly from the meeting timeline.

Navigate to Apps > Meetings.

  1. Go to My Meetings and select a meeting.
  2. Click the stars at the top of the meeting details page.

 3. Rate the meeting, enter your comments, and click Submit.

Manage feedback

 3. After submitting feedback, click the Overflow undefined-Nov-03-2025-01-24-11-2983-PM Menu next to your feedback and select Edit or Delete.

Share feedback from the timeline

  • Skip step two if you prefer to follow this.
  • View the meeting timeline on the left side of your screen.
  • Hover over the meeting date and click Share feedback.
  • Rate the meeting, enter your comments, and click Submit.

After you submit feedback, all participants of the meeting can view it.
