Track team’s learning progress
Managers can view their team’s learning activity, track their progress, and access a comprehensive statistical overview on the dashboard, including- Learner's engagement
- Total time spent
- Average course enrollment per year
- Course completion rates
- Enrollment status based on self-enrolled or assigned
- Compliance status based on fully compliant, partially compliant, and not compliant
- Learning progress based on course and learning path
It offers insights into learners’ engagement and progress, allowing you to track individual learner and team learning outcomes effectively.

For Engagedly V1, navigate to Learning from the top.

For Engagedly V2, navigate to Apps on the left pane and select Learning.

- On the left, click the drop-down and select a team as required.
- On the left, click Overview and select the individual learner to view their progress.
You can select a period and set the filters to get the dashboard overview of your team’s learning activities.
At the top right,
- Click the Period drop-down and select a period.
- Click the Filter
Icon and set the filters as required.
You can filter the dashboard reports for the following:
- Archived or non-archived learnings
- Active or blocked learners (employees who are blocked in the Engagedly application)
- Departments
- Business units
- Location
On the right side of the dashboard, you can view the top-performing learners in your team based on their completion status and time spent on learning activities.
Click the drop-down in the Top Learners in Your Team field and select the option to view learners' rank.

You can nudge the learner if there is no progress in their learning.
