Managers can view their team’s learning activity, track their progress, and access a comprehensive statistical overview through the dashboard, including

• Time spent
• Average course enrolment per year
• Course completion rates
• Enrollment status based on self-enrolled or assigned
• Compliance status based on fully compliant, partially compliant, and not compliant
• Learning progress based on course and learning path

It offers insights into learners’ engagement and progress, allowing you to track individual learner and team learning outcomes effectively.

On the left, you can select the team or individual learner to view their progress.

At the top right, you can select the period to get a dashboard overview of your team’s learning activities.

On the right, you can view the top learners in your team based on course completion and time spent on learning.

You can nudge the learner if there is no progress in their learning.
