View and export statistical data
The STATISTICS provides the following data about the Teams, Departments, and Business units:
- View members
- Feedback received
- Trend
- Member average
- Feedback requests
- Response rate
- Praises
- Team Dashboard
Navigate to Feedback > Dashboard.
- Select Teams from the View By: drop-down menu.
- Click the Filter
Icon and select the options as required to filter the Trends.
Note: The TEAM DASHBOARD is available only when you view Statistics by Teams.
View members
Click members to view the total number of employees in a Team, Department, or Business unit.
View and export reports
You can view the received and requested Feedback and Praises of all the employees in the organization. You can also filter the columns to export the report if required.
Click Received, Requests, or Praise to manage columns and export the report.
- Click the Overflow Menu
Icon and select Manage Columns to choose the columns as required.

Trend
Click the Graph to view the following information:
- Number of Feedbacks shared
- Members average
- Number of Feedbacks requested
- Response rate
- Number of praises
Team Dashboard
It shows an overview of the manager team members' statistical data.
Click the TEAM DASHBOARD to view the following information:
- Feedback
- Feedback requests
- Feedback shared
- Top categories
- Praises received
