Admins can view the dashboard, which provides comprehensive statistical data on various teams, departments, and business units.
Navigate to Feedback > Dashboard.
On the right, select Teams, Departments, or Business Units from the View By drop-down.
If you select Teams in the STATISTICS field, you can view the managers’ names on the left and their TEAM DASHBOARD on the right.
On the right, click the Filter Icon and select the option as required to filter the trends for the following aspects:
- Number of feedback received
- Average feedback received out of the total members
- Number of feedback requests
- A response rate of the feedback requested
- Number of praises received

In the STATISTICS field, click members below the manager’s name to view the total number of employees in a team, department, or business unit.
Hover over the manager’s name and click the Bell Icon to nudge them. Learn more in Nudge managers to nudge their team.
Note: The bell icon appears only when you select Teams in the View By drop-down.
Click the number to view the feedback received, feedback requested, or praise received.
This will redirect you to its respective page, where you can manage the columns and export the report.
Click the Overflow Menu at the top right and select Manage Columns or Export as required.
All active employee fields are available in Manage Columns. However, only the selected fields in the Manage Columns are visible in the table view. You can manage the columns as required. Only the selected fields in Manage Columns are exported.
In the STATISTICS field, click TEAM DASHBOARD to view the particular team’s feedback report.
Note: TEAM DASHBOARD is available only when you select Teams.
On the TEAM DASHBOARD page, you can filter the period to view the report.
On the dashboard, you can view the feedback data within the organization for the following fields:
- Feedback received
- Feedback requests
- Top categories
- Praises received
Hover over the graph in any of the above fields.
This will redirect you to its respective page, where you can manage the columns and export the report.
Click the Overflow Menu at the top right and select Manage Columns or Export as required.
