1. Introduction

Engagedly's Feedback module enables employees to give and receive feedback from anyone within the organization. It promotes transparent and supportive communication among employees, enabling them to share insights, recognize achievements, and identify areas for improvement.

1.1. How does it work

  • You share or request feedback from other employees.
  • You can praise anyone within the organization.
  • You can nudge the requested employee to submit their feedback.
  • You can nudge your team members to request feedback from others.
  • You can view and export the feedback reports of your team members.

You can perform the following actions in feedback:

  • View and manage team dashboard

2. Share, request, and manage feedback

You can share feedback about any employee in the organization, request feedback from any employee, and praise them. These features empower employees to receive continuous feedback, understand their strengths and areas for improvement, and promote skill development and career advancement.

You can view the shared feedback on the feedback wall and manage the feedback you have shared. Learn more in Share, request, and manage feedback.

3. Praise employees

You can praise any employees’ in the organization for their achievements, contributions, or positive actions to recognize and motivate their valuable efforts in the workplace.

Praise enables you to give positive feedback to your colleagues. It allows you to praise specific employees, business units, departments, locations, and groups, recognizing their hard work and contributions in these areas.

You can view all employee praises posted by everyone in the organization and manage the praises they have posted. You can view employees' praises on the praise wall and the social feed. Learn more in Praise employees.

4. Nudge team members

You can nudge your team members who have not requested feedback from any employees in the organization. This ensures their active participation in the feedback process. Learn more in Nudge team members to request feedback.

5. View dashboard and export report

The dashboard provides comprehensive statistical data on your team members.

Note: The Dashboard is visible only if the admin enables the permission.

You can view the number of team members who have:

  • Not received feedback
  • Not requested feedback
  • Received praise

On the dashboard, you can view the feedback data within the organization for the following fields:

  • Feedback requests
  • Feedback shared
  • Top categories
  • Praises received

6. View and export feedback and request reports

You can view and export the feedback reports and request reports for your team members.

The feedback report tab provides data on the feedback and praise received by your team members.

The request report tab provides data on:

  • The feedback you have requested from others about you and your team members
  • The feedback others requested from you and your team members

You can manage the columns as required and export the reports. All active employee fields are available in the manage columns. However, only the selected fields in the manage columns are visible in the table view. Only the selected fields in the manage columns are exported.
