1. Introduction

Feedback is a positive reaction or developmental opportunity to an individual's performance. Feedback is a useful tool for boosting employee skills, communication, relationships, and the success of an organization.

Engagedly’s Feedback is used within the organization to make it easy to request and share Feedback and Praise employees for their excellence in work. Feedback does not follow any hierarchy. Anyone can request or share Feedback with other employees within the organization.

1.1. How does it Work

  • You share or request Feedback from other employees.
  • The requested employees receive a notification.
  • You can nudge the requested employee to submit their Feedback.
  • Employees receive a notification for submitted Feedback about them.
  • Employees acknowledge their Feedback.
  • You can view and export the Feedback reports.

1.2. User Actions

You can perform the following actions in Feedback:

  • Share Feedback
  • Request Feedback
  • Praise employees
  • Nudge employees
  • Manage team dashboard activities
  • View and export the Feedback reports

2. Dashboard

By default, you can view My Team. Select the team from the drop-down menu as required  and manage the following actions:

  • Feedback requests
  • Feedback shared
  • Top categories
  • Praises

Note: The Dashboard is visible only if the admin enables the permission.

Feedback requests

The FEEDBACK REQUESTS section shows the total number of Feedback requests made by your direct reports and/or secondary team (if any), along with the number of Feedback requests, not respondent and responded requests.

Feedback shared

The FEEDBACK SHARED section shows the total number of Feedback shared by your direct reports and/or secondary team (if any).

Top categories

The TOP CATEGORIES section shows the lists of Feedback shared and received by your direct reports and/or secondary team (if any) based on the Feedback categories.

Praises

The PRAISES section shows the total number of praises received by your direct reports and/or secondary team (if any).

3. Feedback Wall

You can view the shared and received Feedback of your direct reports and/or secondary team (if any). You can also filter the Feedback based on the

  • Employee name
  • Feedback name
  • Feedback type
  • Incoming and outgoing

Click the Filter Icon to filter the Feedback as required.

3.1. Share Feedback

Sharing Feedback involves providing insights and comments about an employee to help them understand their strengths and areas for improvement. Learn more in Share and Request Feedback.

3.2. Request Feedback

Requesting Feedback involves seeking valuable insights and comments from any employees on their performance, skills, or areas for improvement. Learn more in Share and Request Feedback.

3.3. Praise employees

Public Praise allows employees to give positive Feedback to other employees for their work and contributions. Learn more in Post a Praise.

4. Praise Wall

You can view the Praises received by your direct reports and/or secondary team (if any). You can filter the Praise posts based on Locations and Days.

Note: You can view Praise posts on the Praise wall and the Social Feed.

You can Praise employees, like, comment, and react to their posts. Learn more in Post a Praise.

5. Feedback Reports

You can view and export the Feedback shared, Feedback requests, and Praises received by your direct reports and/or secondary team (if any) through the Feedback Report and Requests Report. Learn more in View and export reports.
