Import courses from integrated applications
Authors can import courses from Engagedly Academy and other learning applications, such as LinkedIn Learning, Udemy, BizLibrary, Go1, Traliant, and OpenSesame if their organization has integrated with them. However, only the admins can integrate applications.
You can import an individual course or multiple courses.
Prerequisites
- Contact our support team to enable any learning application integration that your organization has integrated.
- After integration, you must enable the integrated learning application. Learn more in Overview of integrations.
Note:
- Only admins and learning managers can import courses from any learning applications to Engagedly.
- Any employee in the organization can create learning if admins give them permission. However, they cannot import learning.

Import individual course
- At the top right, click Manage Resources, and then click Add.
- Click the learning application your organization has integrated.
You can view a list of courses, including the details such as the course name, description, duration, author, and level.
You can search the courses by their names and filter them based on the
- Status: Not imported and imported.
- Language
- Difficulty: Beginner, intermediate, and expert.
3. Hover over the course and click Import Course to import the individual course.
Import multiple courses
You can import multiple courses manually or in bulk. The selected courses appear on the right.
4. At the top left, enable Select all to select all courses or select the courses manually as required.
5. Click Import All at the top right.
After importing the courses, you can assign them to learners.
