Assign learnings
Tutorial
Authors can assign learning after publishing it. They can also import learners into learning. They can edit or remove the due date of the learning.
Note: You can publish the learning only if you create it.
Assign to Members
You can assign learning to the employees of the organization.
Navigate to Learning.
- Click Manage at the top right.
- Click Authored by you and select a learning as required.
- Click Assign and select Assign to Members or Assign to Groups as required.
- In the Members tab, select My Org, My Team, or My Entire Team in the drop-down as required.
- Select the employees manually or in bulk, and click Next.
6. In the Assignment Settings tab, set the due date for the learners to complete the course if required.
Note: You cannot set a due date if the course is in compliance.
Assign to Groups
You can assign learning to the groups created in your organization.
5. In the Members tab, select the groups manually or in bulk and click Next.

Import learners
Admin, author, and co-author can import the learners to learning.
4. In the Learners tab, click Actions and select Import Learners.
Note: You can view the option Import Learners only after publishing a learning.
5. Click the Download Icon to download the template.
6. Type the learners’ details and save the file.
7. Click Upload and click Import.
After importing learners into learning, you can track their progress and export reports.
Edit or remove due date
You can edit or remove the due date of the learning for a learner or multiple learners.
4. In the Learners tab, hover over the Due Date field, and click the Edit Icon.
5. Edit the due date or enable the option No Due Date as required, and click Save.
Note: You cannot view the due date if the course is in compliance.
