1. Introduction
The Engagedly homepage serves as your central dashboard, giving you quick access to key information and features. After logging in, you are welcomed with a personalized view that highlights your profile details, earned points, and badges. You can easily navigate to your profile, update account settings, manage integrations, and customize preferences to suit your needs. The homepage layout ensures quick access to essential tools and features to help you get started smoothly.
After logging into Engagedly, you are directed to the homepage (landing page), a central location that helps you seamlessly navigate and access all features and resources.
2. Homepage
You can customize the homepage (landing page) based on your requirements by selecting the dashboard, social feed, or intranet as the default view. Learn more about configuring your preferences.
At the top, it displays your name and profile picture.
On the right, it shows the points and badges you earned.
Click Points to view the details of the points you have received.
Click Badges to view the details of the badges you have earned.
At the top right:
- Click the Speaker
Icon to stay updated on all the latest developments and new features on Engagedly.
- Click the Question
Mark to contact our support team, access Engagedly resources, and the knowledge base.
- Click the Plus
Icon for additional actions, such as posting, praising, adding goals, sharing feedback, requesting feedback, making quick notes, awarding points, and awarding badges without navigating to respective apps.
- Click the Bell
Icon to view in-app notifications based on pending actions and other organizational activities.
- Click Ask Marissa to connect with Engagedly’s AI assistant. Learn more about Marissa AI.
The homepage displays key options on the left: Dashboard, Intranet, Tasks, and Resources. Learn more about the homepage features.
If you are a manager, your team members are listed below these homepage options.
3. Overview of the left navigation pane
The left navigation pane is persistent and remains visible across all pages, giving you easy access to the following features:
Home: Access your homepage.
Connect: Includes social feed, groups, and suggestions. It is a space to connect with people within the organization.
- Feed: Access Engagedly’s Social app, where you can post your status, share ideas and knowledge, ask for help, and access all posts posted by others.
- Groups: Add groups, access your groups, and explore available groups in the organization to join.
- Suggestions: Share and access all suggestions within the organization.
People: Explore the organizational hierarchy and access employees' work profiles based on business units, departments, and locations.
Store: Redeem points, access redemption history, and access custom rewards.
📒Note: The admin must enable custom rewards and Tango for them to be visible in “Store”.
💡Tip: The admin must map the Tango location, allowing employees to view Tango for their respective locations.
Apps: A centralized hub for Engagedly applications, available based on your subscription.
Analytics: Only admins can access analytics to understand the statistical data of all employees of all Engagedly apps (based on your subscription).
Settings: Only admins can access settings to configure the app-specific settings.
📒Note: Employees with specific permissions for certain apps can also access settings.
4. Profile information
At the top right corner, click your profile picture to access the following options:
- Impersonate Members: Assume the role of another user within the platform to experience it from their perspective for administrative purposes.
- My Profile: Navigates you to your profile details, including:
- Personal and work profile information
- Uploaded documents and certificates if any
- Your data from different Engagedly apps, such as Goals, Performance, 360 Feedback, Learning, Feedback, and Engagement Survey.
📒Notes:
- You can view these apps only if you have an active subscription.
- Editing profile details may be restricted by your admin.
- Change Password: Allows you to update your current password.
- Account Settings: Includes multiple tabs:
- Preferences: Customize the following preferences to personalize your experience on the platform:
- Select your language to view the platform interface.
- Select a default landing page to view when you log in.
- Set your time zone to ensure all date and time-based activities reflect correctly based on your location.
- Enable the setting to choose whether your work anniversary and birthday appear on the organization’s feed wall.
- Manage notifications for Engagedly apps as required and save the changes.
- Integrations: Connect external applications with Engagedly, such as Slack, Jira, Google Sheets, Salesforce, Google Calendar, and Microsoft Calendar.
- Preferences: Customize the following preferences to personalize your experience on the platform:
📒Note: These applications are available only after the admin has integrated with them.

- Change Password: Allows you to update your current password.
- Sign Out: Allows you to log out of the platform.
- Mentoring Complete: Access Engagedly’s other product, Mentoring Complete, from within the platform.
📒Note: Mentoring Complete is available only if it is enabled. Employees can navigate to it only if admins have created a program and added them to it.
- Customize Theme Colors: Customize the platform with your organization's brand colors and upload a logo that reflects on all employee accounts.
- Switch to Tangerine Version: Switches the platform to the previous version of Engagedly.
- Switch to Older Version: Switches the platform to the Pre-Tangerine version of Engagedly.
📒Notes:
- Only admins can access the ”Customize Theme Colors” option.
- Employees with “Manage impersonation” permission can access the Impersonate Members option.
