Praise Employees for Completing IDP

The praise feature in IDP is a valuable tool for recognizing and acknowledging the progress made by the employees towards achieving their Individual Development Plans (IDPs). This can encourage them to continue their learning and strive for excellence in their work. It is an effective way to promote a positive and supportive workplace culture. 

Step 1: Navigate to Admin > Growth > My Org.

Step 2: Select the employee from the users list.

Step 3: Click on the Praise Icon to praise the employee.

Step 4: You can praise employees manually or using Marissa AI.
