Share engagement survey

After creating an engagement survey, the admins can share it with the employees of the organization.

You can share engagement survey in the following assignment types:

Share with the employees

You can share the engagement survey with selected employees within the organization.

Navigate to Surveys and click the Surveys tab.

  1. Select Authored by You from the drop-down.
  2. Click the Overflow Overflow Menu-Nov-20-2023-05-10-31-0841-AM Menu on the engagement survey you want to share and select Share Survey.

Or

Click the engagement survey you want to share, and click SHARE SURVEY at the top right.

  3.   Select Share with the employees.

  4.   Type the assignment title and set the start date.

Employees receive an email notification on the start date of the engagement survey.

You can perform the following actions as required:

  • Set the end date.

 Note: If you do not set the end date, the assignment will remain active forever. 

  • Set award points for survey completion.
  • Set the approximate time for survey completion.
  • Enable the option Send reminder notification.

Note: The Send reminder notification option is enabled only if you set the end date.

  • Modify the email message.

  5.   Click CREATE at the top right.

  6.   Select the employees manually or in bulk and click ASSIGN at the top right.

You have to add an assignment with the current start date to make the engagement survey active.

Post the survey on social

You can share the engagement survey as a social post within the organization.

  3.   Follow steps 1 and 2.

  4.   Select Post the survey on social.

  5.   Type the assignment title and set the start date.

Employees receive an email notification on the start date of the engagement survey.

You can perform the following actions as required:

  • Set the end date.

Note: If you do not set the end date, the assignment will remain active forever.

  • Set award points for survey completion.
  • Set the approximate time for survey completion.

  6.   Click CREATE at the top right.

By default, the post type Share Status is selected.

You can enter tags, which helps to filter particular posts.

  7.   Search and select the respondents in the Share With field, and click POST.

Note:

  • The engagement survey link will auto-generate in the social post.
  • The respondents are added to the Respondents field when they click the link.

After sharing the engagement survey, you can:

  • View the ACTIVE status, start date, end date (if set), and assignment type on each assignment in the Assignments
  • Manage the assignment by editing, setting recurrence, closing, opening, and deleting it. Learn more in Manage engagement survey.
  • Manage the respondents by adding and removing them. Learn more in Manage respondents.

Note: After sharing the engagement survey, you cannot

  • Delete the sections
  • Delete the questions
  • Change the question type

You can only hide the questions, which can affect the collected responses.
