Track learners progress
Admins can view the learners’ learning activity, track their progress, and access a comprehensive statistical overview through the dashboard, including
- Course completion rates
- Learner engagement
- Average courses per year
- Learners time spent based on departments and business units
- Enrollment status based on self-enrolled and assigned
- Compliance status based on fully compliant, partially compliant, and not compliant
- Learning progress based on course and learning path
It offers insights into learners’ engagement and progress, allowing you to track individual learner’s outcomes effectively. You can elevate learners’ engagement by exploring new learnings and assigning them to the learners.
Navigate to Learning and click Overview on the left pane.
On the left, you can select the individual learner to view their progress.
You can select a period and set the filters to get a dashboard overview of the learners’ learning activities.
At the top right,
- Click the Period drop-down and select a period.
- Click the Filter Icon and set the filters as required.
You can filter the dashboard reports for the following:
- Archived or non-archived learnings
- Active or blocked learners (employees who are blocked in the Engagedly application)
- Departments
- Business units
- Location
On the right side of the dashboard, you can view the
- Top learners in your organization based on course completion and time spent on learning.
- Trending courses based on the total time spent by the learners.
- Highest-rated courses based on the learners' ratings.
- Employee satisfaction based on their reviews.
You can view the learners’ learning progress by course or learning path based on the following statuses:
- Completed
- In progress
- Evaluation pending
- Not started
- Failed
You can export reports for the courses, learning paths, and learners’ reviews. Learn more in View employee learning analytics.
If you have direct reports, click the My Org drop-down on the left and select the team as required.
You can nudge the learner if there is no progress in their learning.
Note: Only admins can see the View Integrations option in the Elevate Engagement field on the Overview page. Learning managers do not have access to this option, as integrations are restricted to admins only.
