📒Notes (Tangerine: V2):
- Employees cannot edit and delete IDPs if admins and managers create them.
- Admins and managers cannot edit and delete IDPs if employees create them for themselves. However, if admins configure settings, managers can edit and delete IDPs, regardless of who created them.
