Employees can access the growth hub to track their career progress, develop skills, and manage their professional growth.
The growth hub is a centralized platform that helps employees track their skills, competencies, and career development. It identifies skill gaps, supports targeted learning, and supports career growth within the organization.
By providing insights into current roles and career aspirations, the growth hub ensures alignment with organizational goals.
Navigate to Apps > Growth.
On the My Growth Hub page, you can view the following details:
- Your profile details, including name, current role, skills, competencies, and aspired role (if added).
- Your latest 360-degree feedback and performance review data (if available).
Prerequisites
- Review data is available if you have an active subscription to Engagedly’s 360 Feedback and Performance modules.
- Learning recommendations are available if you have an active subscription to Engagedly’s Learning module.
On the My Growth Hub page, you can perform the following actions:
- Submit an aspired role.
- Explore career paths (CP) or create individual development plans (IDPs).
- Track, manage, and update your IDPs at any time.
- View and add recommended development plans based on current role, aspired role, and 360-degree feedback report.
- Add and manage skills and update skill proficiency levels.
- Identify and bridge skill gaps by enrolling in learning or adding development plans.
- Identify and bridge competency gaps by enrolling in learning or adding development plans.
- Add interests and motivators for personalized career growth.
💡Note: You can view skills, competencies, interests, and motivators fields on the My Growth Hub page if your admin has enabled them in the settings.
Skill endorsements
After updating skill proficiency, you can view your self-endorsement in the Skill Snapshot field.
Managers and admins can endorse employees.
Click the endorsement count to view:
- Skill details, endorsers, and similar trending skills within the organization.
- System recommendations for learning and development plans.
- Skill endorsement activities.
Learning and development
Employees can enroll in learning and add development plans.
Managers and admins can assign learning and add development plans for employees.
After adding skills and competencies in the Skill Snapshot and Competencies Snapshot fields, you can identify and address any gaps.
Click the Bridge the Gap Icon to view recommendations.
- Click Enroll to enroll in a learning.
- Click Library to navigate to Engagedly’s Learning module.
- Click Add to add recommended IDPs.
💡Note: You can access Engagedly’s Learning module only if you have an active subscription to it.
Competency review
Managers can review their team members' competency levels.
In the Competencies Snapshot field, select a competency level and click Review.
📒Note: Employees and admins cannot update the competency level.
