Add and manage questions in a quiz

After creating a course, authors can add sections and units to it.

You must add questions to the quiz unit before including it in a course. After adding questions, you can manage them if required.

You can include questions with single or multiple correct answers to evaluate the learner's knowledge. You can also provide explanations for the correct answers after learners attempt the quiz. It enables learners to assess their performance and improve their understanding of the topic.

Note: If you add the quiz and training session units to a course, you cannot publish it until

  • The quiz unit has at least one question.
  • The ILT unit has at least one slot.

After making changes to a course, you have to publish it to make it available to other authors and co-authors if any. While publishing, you can push it to the library to make it available to all employees of the organization.

Note: You must publish the course to assign it to the learners.

You can view the learners responses to a quiz and reset the failed quiz. Learn more in View quiz responses and reset quiz.
