What is weighting in the performance review?

HR/admins can assign weightings in performance reviews to give various levels of importance to sections, sub-sections, and questions. These weightings are expressed as percentages, and the final performance score is calculated accordingly, ensuring that more critical areas have a greater impact on the overall rating.
