1. Introduction

360 Feedback involves gathering input from multiple sources, including managers, peers, and subordinates, to provide a comprehensive overview of an employee's performance.

As a manager, guiding direct reports through the 360 Feedback process can improve communication, goal setting, performance, and job satisfaction. The insights collected from the feedback process highlight the personal behaviors, competencies, and skills required for performing the duties and achieving organizational goals.

Note: All the respondents/reviewers involved in the feedback process have a working relationship with the employee being rated.

1.1. How does it Work

  • You receive a notification to submit the review about your direct reports (if the HR/admins nominate you as a reviewer).
  • You can assign templates to your direct reports (if HR/admins enable permission).
  • You submit the review.
  • Reviewers submit their reviews about your direct reports.
  • You can nudge the reviewers to submit their reviews.
  • You can lock the Feedback cycle of your direct reports to pause the feedback process.

Note: HR/admins can lock and unlock the employees' feedback cycle.
