1. Introduction

Engagedly's Feedback module enables employees to give and receive feedback from anyone within the organization. It promotes transparent and supportive communication among employees, enabling them to share insights, recognize achievements, and identify areas for improvement.

1.1. How does it work

  • You share or request feedback from other employees.
  • You can praise anyone within the organization.
  • You receive a notification to submit feedback when others request you.
  • You submit your feedback.
  • You can view and export the feedback reports.

1.2. User actions

You can perform the following actions in feedback:

  • Share feedback
  • Request feedback
  • Praise employees
  • View and export the feedback reports

2. Overview

The overview tab provides the following information:

  • Your outgoing requests
  • Your pending actions
  • The feedback you have shared and received within the organization.

3. Share, request, and manage feedback

Employees can share feedback about any employee in the organization, request feedback from any employee, and praise them only if the admin enables the features.

These features empower employees to receive continuous feedback, understand their strengths and areas for improvement, and promote skill development and career advancement.

Employees can view the shared feedback in the overview and manage the feedback that they have shared.

Note: You can share and request feedback if the admin enables the permission.

4. Praise employees

You can praise anyone within the organization for their achievements, contributions, or positive actions to recognize and motivate their valuable efforts in the workplace.

Praise enables you to give positive feedback to your colleagues. It allows you to praise specific employees, business units, departments, locations, and groups, recognizing their hard work and contributions in these areas.

You can view all praises posted by everyone in the organization and manage the praises they have posted.

Note:

  • You can praise employees if the admin enables the permission.
  • You can view employees' praises on the praise wall and the social feed (Navigate to Home > Social).

5. View dashboard

You can view the dashboard, which provides comprehensive statistical feedback data.

Note: The dashboard is visible only if the admin enables the permission.

The dashboard displays the following data:

  • Feedback you have received
  • Feedback you have shared
  • Feedback requests you have received
  • Feedback you have requested
  • Top categories of the feedback

6. View and export reports

You can view and export the feedback and request reports.

The feedback report tab provides data on:

  • The feedback and praise you have received from others
  • The feedback you have shared about others

The request report tab provides data on:

  • The feedback you have requested from others
  • The feedback others requested from you

You can manage the columns as required and export the reports. All active employee fields are available in the manage columns. However, only the selected fields in the manage columns are visible in the table view. Only the selected fields in the manage columns are exported.
