Manage course
Tutorial
After creating a course, authors can manage it even after publishing.
Admins can assign the Manage courses permission to anyone in the organization, allowing them to manage courses. Learn more in the Overview of user management.
For Engagedly V1, navigate to Learning from the top. |
For Engagedly V2, navigate to Apps on the left pane and select Learning. |
- Click Manage Resources at the top right.
- Click Authored by you and select a course.
Note: You can edit, delete, or remove from the library any course authored by you.
3. Click the Overflow Menu at the top.
4. Perform the following actions as required:
- Select Edit Course to edit the course content and configure its settings.
- Select Push to library to push a course to the library.
After pushing a course to the library, you can remove it from the library if required.
Follow the same procedure and click Remove from library.
- Select Archive Course to hide a course from the library.
After archiving a course, you can unarchive it at any time.
On the Manage page, filter the archived course and click Unarchive Course.
- Select Make a copy to duplicate the course.
- Select Delete Course to remove a course.
Note: You cannot edit the archived course. However, you can unarchive and delete it. Learn more about the functional behaviors of archived courses.
Note: If the admin is not an author or a co-author, they can only view the Info and Learners tabs on the course details page. Authors and co-authors can view the Info, Learners, and Insights tabs.
After managing learnings, you must publish them to assign it to the learners.
The author and co-author can manage learners in learning if required.
