1. Introduction

Engagedly's Feedback module enables employees to give and receive feedback from anyone within the organization. It promotes transparent and supportive communication among employees, enabling them to share insights, recognize achievements, and identify areas for improvement.

1.1. How does it work

  • You must configure the settings and enable share, request feedback, and praise features for the organization.
  • Employees can share and request feedback from others.
  • You can nudge the requested employee to submit their feedback.
  • Employees receive a notification for submitted feedback about them.
  • You can view and export the feedback reports of employees.

1.2. User actions

You can perform the following actions in feedback:

  • Configure feedback settings
  • Share feedback
  • Request feedback
  • Praise employees
  • Pin and unpin praises
  • Nudge managers to nudge their employees
  • Manage dashboard
  • View team dashboard
  • View and export feedback reports

2. Configure settings

You can configure general and visibility settings and feedback features, and manage them as required. Learn more in Configure feedback settings.

You can add and manage feedback categories to organize and prioritize feedback effectively. This allows employees to select them when sharing feedback. Learn more in Add and manage feedback categories.

3. Share, request, and manage feedback

You can share feedback about any employee in the organization, request feedback from any employee, and praise them. These features empower employees to receive continuous feedback, understand their strengths and areas for improvement, and promote skill development and career advancement.

You can view the shared feedback on the feedback wall and manage the feedback you have shared. Learn more in Share, request, and manage feedback.

4. Praise employees

You can praise any employees’ in the organization for their achievements, contributions, or positive actions to recognize and motivate their valuable efforts in the workplace.

Praise enables you to give positive feedback to your colleagues. It allows you to praise specific employees, business units, departments, locations, and groups, recognizing their hard work and contributions in these areas.

You can view all employee praises posted by everyone in the organization and manage the praises they have posted. You can view employees' praises on the praise wall and the social feed. Learn more in Praise employees.

5. Nudge managers

You can nudge managers to nudge their team members to request feedback from other employees or submit their feedback about others, ensuring their active participation in the feedback process. Learn more in Nudge managers to nudge their team.

6. View dashboard and export report

The dashboard provides comprehensive statistical data on various teams, departments, and business units.

You can filter the feedback trends for the following aspects:

  • Number of feedback received
  • Average feedback received out of the total members
  • Number of feedback requests
  • A response rate of the feedback requested
  • Number of praises received

On the dashboard, you can view the particular team’s feedback report.

You can also view the feedback data within the organization for the following fields:

  • Feedback received
  • Feedback requests
  • Top categories
  • Praises received

7. View and export feedback and request reports

You can view and export the feedback reports and request reports for all employees in the organization.

The feedback report tab provides data on the feedback and praise received by all employees.

The request report tab provides data on:

  • The feedback you requested from others about yourself and all employees
  • The feedback others requested from you
  • The feedback others requested from anyone within the organization

You can manage the columns as required and export the reports. All active employee fields are available in the manage columns. However, only the selected fields in the manage columns are visible in the table view. Only the selected fields in the manage columns are exported.
