1. Introduction

Engagedly's Learning Experience Platform (LXP) is a comprehensive platform designed to facilitate continuous learning and skill development within organizations. It offers a dynamic and user-friendly interface for managers. They can create and customize learnings (if the admin allows them), access learning resources, and track their team’s progress towards professional development.

If the admin assigns the learning manager’s permission to managers, they can create and manage the course and learning path.

Managers can enhance the learning activities of their team members by recommending courses that their peers have taken.
