1. Introduction

Engagedly's 360 Feedback is a system where employees get feedback from their managers and multiple stakeholders, both within and outside the organization. It can be anonymous and confidential feedback shared by multiple raters or feedback providers, such as managers, peers, direct reports, subordinates, and external reviewers, that includes employee self-evaluation.

1.1. How does it Work

  • You create a 360 Feedback template and cycle.
  • You add reviewees and assign templates to them.
  • You nominate reviewers for the reviewees (managers and reviewees can nominate reviewers, if you permit them).
  • Reviewers receive notifications to submit their feedback.
  • You receive notifications after reviewers submit their feedback.
  • You share the feedback report with the employees after the cycle ends and/or before locking the cycle (only if you enable the share report manually).

1.2. User Actions

You can perform the following actions in 360 Feedback:

  • Create 360 Feedback template
  • Create 360 Feedback cycle
  • Add reviewees to the cycle
  • Assign and manage the template
  • Unassign template
  • Invite external reviewers
  • Nudge reviewers to submit their reviews

After creating the template, you can assign it to the existing cycle or create a new cycle. Learn more in Create a 360 Feedback Template

After creating a template, you can edit, assign, delete, make a copy, and archive it if required. Learn more in Manage a 360 Feedback Template.

3. Create 360 Feedback Cycle

You can create 360 Feedback cycles based on your organization’s requirements and configure the workflows in the feedback cycle.

  • Status, such as active and archived

You can add the cycles to your favourites list. Click the Star Star Grey-2 Icon on the left side of the cycle name. You can select Only Favourites to view your favourites list of cycles.

You can view the statistics of all the cycles. Select Show Statistics to view how many participants completed the review.

After creating a cycle, you can manage it by editing, sharing it with other HR/admins, and changing the status of the cycle. Learn more in Manage a 360 Feedback Cycle.

4. Add Reviewees

After creating a cycle, you have to add reviewees. Learn more in Add and Manage Reviewees to 360 Feedback Cycle.

You can also assign different templates to different reviewees as required. Learn more in Assign and Manage Templates.

If you want to modify the template, you have to unassign it, make the necessary modifications, and save it. If you want the modified changes to reflect in the template, you have to reassign it.
